However, we do have some items that ship from the USA and these will take longer so please be patient. Public Holidays can cause a delay in the printing time and obviously shipping. **Please note that certain items may ship separately for example, if you order a t-shirt and a mug in one order, they may arrive to you at different times however, tracking info will be given for both things.**

If you would like to add your name, your clubs name or Teams' name or logo, or you see a T-shirt but would like different wording you can message us with your needs and ideas using this form and we can make a personal order for you, sending you drafts for your approval before submitting it for printing.

Direct - to - garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. Aussie Pickleball Shop designs great things then we use our favourite Print Partner to use the method of DTG then send out the item to you as fast as possible.

We love the T-shirt Heather colours and offer them on some listings however, they do ship from the US and you may find that your order gets split with some items shipping very quickly within Australia with the Heather item shipping separately. Please just allow 2-10 more days for this.

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual and it’s not permanent!

Our Shirts are top-notch material, best in the market. We are working with the biggest apparel companies and making sure that you get the best products possible. However, things in life sometimes go wrong and Aussie Pickleball Shop is happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to your order. Please send us photos if possible and we will let you know of the next step should a refund be approved.

Cancellations are a difficult thing as your order is made "on-demand" meaning "just for you". However, we don't want you to be unhappy so if you do need to cancel your order, you are free to before items have been created ie. up to 3 hours after the order was placed. However, if a cancellation is requested after an item is in the process of being fulfilled, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible but do reach out to us with your issue.
