Direct - to - garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. Aussie Pickleball Shop designs great things then we use our favourite Print Partner to use the method of DTG then send out the item to you as fast as possible.

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual and it’s not permanent!

AussiePickleballShop is happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. Please send us photos if possible and we will let you know of the next step should a refund be approved.

You are free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created ie. up to 3 hours after the order was placed. However, if a cancellation is requested after an item is in the process of being fulfilled, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible.
